We participated in a local Small Business incubator program competition that provides entrepreneurs with a mentor, tools, and resources to actualize their dream of opening up a storefront in the city of Sacramento. Local businesses compete in a shark-tank type competition to submit their business plan to win over $50,000 start-up funds to open a store front. We proposed an expansion of our current ice cream cart fleet to turn our catering business into a full-scale desserte: Sweet Tooth Factory!
